Hi.  My name is Ross Edgley, I come from a small town in England called Grantham. In all honesty nothing really happens there….BUT…. Isaac Newton, the dude that discovered gravity came from there, WOO HOO! BIG SHOUT!

Haha. I used to play water polo for Great Britain, but now I’ve become more involved with the health and fitness industry, writing articles, producing DVD’s and taking my top off for fitness magazines. Also I’m studying Sports Science/ Management at Loughborough University.

I’m the middle brother of 3 (shout out to Scott and Craig, haha) and my mum answers to the name of Jacqueline or ‘Wacky Jacky’ and my dad answers to the name of Richard or ‘chief.’ Oh and my other brother is called scampi, he’s a sheep dog and is about 17 years old (well old for a dog.)

Now I’m not one to toot my own horn but….TOOT TOOT! I think it's awesome.

It basically covers everything health and fitness related, and gives it all for FREE. Since I became sick of fitness websites constantly charging people for everything. ALSO (the bit I’m particularly proud of) you can get a FREE personalised nutrition and exercise plan from the Fitness Clinic on the section.

It takes all your details and then gives you a plan specific to you and your aspirations. (not too shabby if I do say so myself, haha)

In all honesty fitness modelling isn’t my main job, I really do enjoy it since you get to go to some great locations and meet a lot of new people, but I really enjoy writing and presenting fitness DVD’s more.

Fitness modelling is almost a hobby/ job on the side which I do enjoy. That said, compared to fashion modelling…I think fashion modelling is a bit more competitive (from what I’ve heard from my friends who do it) however you have to put more effort into fitness modelling to stay in shape.

A bit more about me:

• Love: I do believe in it, just don’t think Cupids hit me with one of his arrows yet though
  
• Family: I was always taught by my mum and dad, family is the most important thing in the world…and yes it is, I’ve a big family and would to anything for them : )
  
• Sexual Behaviour: I’ve been single for over a year now so am contemplating becoming a monk
  
• Visit places: Brazil, Italy and Spain. Just love the weather and culture but never actually been.
  
• Unforgettable moment: Representing my country for the first time at water polo, was in France at the European championships.
  
• main motto: Fortitudine Vincimus – it means ‘through endurance we conquer’ basically just means through constantly striving and trying you will get where you want.
