TOURIST HOT SPOT
First, thanks so much for taking the time out to interview me, I am honored to be here! Well here we go, I was born and raised near Virginia Beach , VA, sounds tropical but its really not! It is funny to me that it has become a tourist hot spot and I have lived here all my life.
My last name Dunlow is from Winchester England but like most of us, my heritage is mixture part English, Part Irish and even American Indian. I'm a bit of a clown, I love practical jokes and I sing in my car but hey don't we all?
FEELING BLESSED
I tried my hand at modeling when I was 18, I was intrigued by the industry rebellious and desperate to get out of my parents house, like most guys at that age, but my first experience with the industry wasnt what I had imagined.
I discovered I was very impatient that it wasnt all glam and posh, but a lot of work and down time. I got bored with it and made my parents happy by putting it on hold and going to college.
I have to sacrificed a lot of free time for modeling due to a full time job in finance including every other Sat so most nights Im exhausted; but Im not complaining I feel really blessed to be able to do all that I can do.
INSPIRED BY JOSEPH SAYERS
Honestly, Joseph Sayers is a great inspiration to me, I stumbled across some of his work a while ago and was blown away by his presence in print. He also inspired me to get my butt in shape and to realize that physical size does not matter, that if you have the determination and drive to succeed you can do what ever you decide regardless of the odds against you.
TRYING EDGY STUFF
You are the only one that limits yourself. I would like to try my hand at some fashion work, maybe with Armani, Dolce and Gabbana, or DNKY. I would like to try some edgy stuff, there are so many kewl designers out there, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with any of them honestly. As far as a photographer, I would really love the chance to shoot with Bruce Weber.

PLAYING CATCHUP
Im really not a fashion guy. I am most comfortable in shorts, flip-flops and a tee. I mean, I dont mind rocking out a suit once in a while for an event, but if I can get by without tucking a shirt in Im a happy guy!
My free time is limited because as I mentioned before, I work a full time job, hit the gym every day and try to fit modeling in, so when I do get a day off I play catch up with lifes little chores. I do try to hang with my friends as often as I can. We have been known to close down a few bars.
DIFFERENT VISIONS
I have met many great photographers, each with a different vision and way of shooting; I love the challenge and welcome the diversity that each shoot presents.
To prepare for a shoot I really don't have anything special to do most of the time rushing to get there on time is my main focus! I will increase my work out level the week before depending on the type of shoot it is.
SHIRTLESS, UNBUTTONED PANTS
Okay, this actually happened not too long ago. It was a late night shoot around 11pm, when this gas station had closed for the evening. It was about 50 degrees outside I was standing there shirtless, pants unbuttoned, cold and facing an intersection with a little too much traffic that time of night for my comfort level.
Anyways, this homeless looking guy kept coming up to us asking for money first time around, then back again for cigarettes and kept wanting to shake my hand and tell me about the end of the world. Never once did he ask what I was doing there half dressed. Finally, he came back with about 5 friends so we packed it up and left. Awkward at the time, but it was pretty funny now that I look back at it.
A WORK IN PROGRESS
Well I follow college football (Virginia Tech), Go Hokies!! However, I have not played outside of high school. I do work out religiously I watch my fat intake and I stay away from sugars, expect those that are natural in fruits etc. I do not count calories or any of that I just eat every thing in moderation.
I have always been a lean guy so keeping weight on is my hardest struggle, my metabolism works in overdrive. I am definitely still a work in progress.
REALLY IMPORTANT
they would be Faith, Good Health, Family/Friends, Peace of mind, Someone to share it all with. MOTTOWhat lies before us and what lies beyond are tiny compared to what lies within us
