SMALL TOWN KID

Well, my name is Paul Alan, and I'm from Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. A small town kid with big hopes and dreams. I am in college studying for my doctor's in Physical Therapy. Currently residing in southern Cali while I work on my modeling career. I am of Norwegian heritage although I have not been lucky enough to visit yet!

Paul AlanMORE WORK THAN EXPECTED

When I was a sophomore in high school I was approached about doing some senior portrait work for a local studio. After that, I posted the finished work on my myspace account and was found by photographer Brian Sloane in DFW, Texas. He was my first "professional" test shoot and it went great. I could not have asked for a better photographer and editor. But it was definitely more work than I had expected. The diet was the absolute hardest part about it, no doubt.

LOOKING 'LIKE THAT'

I just remember looking at fitness magazines growing up and saying, "Man I want to look like that someday". So about 14 years old I hit the weights.  I have casted with Abercrombie (which was my original goal in modeling), so I would have to say that Armani, D&G, Diesel, Lacoste, etc.

Paul AlanHOT WEATHER, AND!

When you see my walking down the street I will probably be in jeans and t-shirt. Most likely some Seven jeans an Abercrombie polo. And at night you'll most likely see me in Armani or Dolce. In my spare time I like to wakeboard, snowboard, work out, travel, and be anywhere with hot weather and water!

BRAINSTORMING IDEAS

I like to get to know a photographer briefly on a personal level before I would ever consider shooting with them. I like to look through their portfolio and make sure that they have a good look to offer me. And once we make arrangements to shoot, then I begin to brainstorm idea's for shots based upon what the photographers strong points are.

Paul AlanSTANDING ON SANDBAGS

Oh gosh, I knew something like this was going to come up. Well I tend to be very clumsy backstage and have ended up tripping countless times. I've even fallen so hard that I tore right through the backdrop! But I'd have to say the most embarrassing to me is that since I'm not quite 6 feet tall, I usually have to stand on sandbags or a booster to be able to look taller than the women I shoot with. Which that kinda sucks...

LOVING THE CHARGERS

I love nothing more than spending a full Sunday watching NFL football and hanging out with friends. Football is by far my favorite sport! Go Chargers! What it takes to be in good shape is self-discipline, motivation, and GOALS! Having goals is very important, and there is no feeling that is as satisfying than meeting your personal goals!

Paul AlanMOST IMPORTANT

5 most important things... Hmmm, family, friends, financial stability, my religious faith, and always being optimistic.

MOMENTS AND HERO

An unforgetable moment: My first Abercrombie casting
A hero: Hugh Hefner
Your main motto: "It aint about how hard you can hit. Its about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done." - Rocky Balboa

TELEVISION NEXT

I look forward to a successful career in the modeling/talent industry and eventually would like to make it to television. I hope to eventually do something along the lines of a reality tv show. Who knows, maybe next time you turn on the television, you'll see my face and know I made it.

I saw you there and voted for you, your body is way, way hotter than the skinny teen at number 1! Sadly I think the fashion industry is still fixated on underfed skater kids right now, fitness modelling is prob where you'll do best. Those incredible muscles should ALWAYS be seen!
