Edward: P MICHAEL PEREZ, welcome to Connex 247 again! And I´m sure you might have some cool great news to share with us. But first of all, tell new Connex247 readers about yourself and how do you describe your style.
P Michael Perez: It's great to be back. Yes lots of news to share with your millions of readers. I was thrilled with the incredible response from the previous article and the various models I've sent you over the months. Congrats on all your success, by the way.
As far as my style - I'm not sure how to describe it. Many people instantly recognize it. Simply, it's putting a gorgeous model in a beautiful location. I specialize in color photography and admit I have made the full transition to digital. I miss the good old days of film, though!
Edward: Definitely you are living a very special moment in your career. Tell us about your newest project!
P Michael Perez: There are several. First, Viewfinder.net, my popular male model website has a new look! Second, I'm most excited about taking the website to mobile. Now you can get viewfinder with you on the go. Best of all it's free.
Select articles and galleries are now formated for your mobile phone and we will be debuting new models and breaking news there before we do it anywhere else. In fact we will be debuting some new images soon. In addition to that we will soon be doing a campaign with Starbucks. Your viewers are learning this first, by the way!
I have always been technically savvy and always into the latest technologies -- in fact, I was one of the first photographers on the web, thirteen years ago. Always looking to break new ground, I once again had the vision to bring this popular website on mobile.
Edward: And we are proud to have your video debut here. Tell us about the creative process
P Michael Perez: The creative process is sometimes collaborative and sometimes it's a one-person operation. This video clip was the latter: just me, my Avid editing system, some luscious images, and a productive Sunday. The difficult part was selecting the images. We pulled out the stops for this video and showcase some of the powerhouses in modeling that I've worked with.
The video features supermodel and Absolut campaign model Lucas Kerr, Abercrombie twin supermodels Kyle and Lane Carlson, Mr. World Fitness Franco Carlotto, 2005 and 2006 Male Model of the Year Andrew Ashton, Abercrombie supermodel Chris Austad, 2007 Playgirl Model of the Year Julian Fantecchi, plus rising star and Viewfinder Discovery Rex Adam.
I'm so proud to share this with your millions of readers and debut it here first. In one week it will be available for download for free on iTunes and it's specially formated for the exciting, new iPhone and it looks AMAZING! It's simply jaw-dropping.
Edward: Do you think nowadays IMAGE worth more than a thousand WORDS. Why?
P Michael Perez: Absolutely. Especially when it comes to the models I work with. Nothing like a strong image to launch someone's career and I've done it many times. It's always so satisfying. Recently Rex Adam told me that it was my images that helped him in his new career as a first class New York model. I hear that a lot.
Edward: With all this technology available for people around the world, and photographers using it to achieve the best quality, But I stiil hear some some professionals real concern about the future of photography. What´s your opinion about it?
P Michael Perez: I think that's a good thing, actually. Just like YouTube is a good thing for television and video. Give the people the power and tools and that means it only challenges those who typically have had the power to step up. I only think this is a good thing for the process and creativity.
Edward: And thanks again for sharing your story with us Michael. Before you leave, a final message to Connex247 readersand tell us about your future projects.
P Michael Perez: We have a new spec commercial in the works...details coming soon and we will be doing a big casting campaign for the right male and female models for this. In fact the casting process will begin with those who submit right from their cell phones. I'm real excited about about that!
Also I am planning on a visit to Paris in November and you can guarantee I'll have camera in tow.
Thanks so much for your continued interest in my work. I've had a lot of challenges in my life this year and some people thought I disappeared, but I'm still here and stronger than ever! Thanks to all my fans for their continued support and interest. Check out my work here:
WHO'S RIGHT, ME OR MY BROTHER? written by Leighton # 1 fan on February 01, 2008
I have watched this video 27 times in a row and I can't get enough of the pic with my eyes gazing at the hunk with his hands somewhat inside his undies. My brother said, "Get a life." I said, "Drop dead." So I ask you, who's right? I still love the little bastard.

Head and shulders the best piece on here written by ahgnyc on September 27, 2007
Ths was beyou doub thte most interesting piece I have read about and seen on this site i all of the time that I have been here. It is not just that the mdoels are obviously attractive. I take that for granted when someone is shown here .But the aesthetics on the video were astonishing and accentuated the appeal of the models. If this is what we can expect to see on this site, its sucess is guarandtted
