MUN works on television show featuring fitness with a twist.

               

 


 SMALL TOWN IN ENGLANDI'm SikhPunjabi and a Jutt if anyone knows about the castes within the system, Personally I think it's bit dated and wrong to still describe and introduce yourself in the caste system….but a lot of people normally ask what 'caste I am' so there you have it! Lol! I have been born and bred in a small town called Gravesend in KENT, UK England. Not much really goes here – so I can't really say much about Kent! 

  

  

 

  

  

 SHOW BUSINESSI love the show business world, its everything I want to do and want to be. Adored and watched by millions around the world. Fame and success for me is, someone people look up to, almost idealize and reaching the goals you set out for yourself.

 

ROLE MODEL My personal goals are to make as much money as I can, for me that is success. And also for people out there to look at me as a role model. To show people that of an average Jo can go out there and reach his life time of desires and so can they!

FITNESS WITH TWIST My next projects lined up are a TV show I will be presenting. I wrote the show and will also work as a director ad well as the writer and presenter. The show will be around fitness, but with a twist…..wait and see!  

  

 

IN LOVE WITH ORLANDO  There is only one main country in the world I love to be in. It's the US! I went years ago to Orlando Florida. I fell in love with it. The weather, the people the scenery wow! I could happily die there. If I could, I would move and live in USA in Miami as a successful model, business man or what ever fate has in store for me! 

  

  

  

  

INTENSITY I  love training. I have been training since I have been about 17 years old. Originally started out as boxing, then body building now a combination of both body building and boxing. For modeling shoots which I have been given an advance warning; I normally train more intense for them. 

GREAT FEELING I sometimes train twice a day. Breaking my workouts in two. I do cardio vascular in the morning and weights in the evening, for me this works well, as cardio in the morning gives me a great feeling and really gives me a positive start to my day. I then do the weights in the evening. With the weights I break my muscles in large groups and train one body group a day working the whole body by the end of the week. 

 

 

 

 

 

CHEST AND BICEPS I train about 5 sometimes 6 times a week! And love every second of it. My favorite work outs have to be doing chest like all guys and prop biceps! Lol Don't know why but they seem to be my best points and my favorites too!

What the hell? Does connex have it in for me? for all of us? as if it is not hot enough, you all sit there thinking what can we do to our neighboring Americans to raise the heat index? I know you think that.
And the barometer presure is rising honey. All one has to do is take the naked eye and follow Mun's long long legs...and here is to hope, what little one can have, to run our lingering fingers through that tossled hair all the while dreaming that he needs a personal assistant, a job for which I am ready to volunteer.
My God in heaven, you all have gone beyond the limits of teasing this summer...you have no boundaries when it comes to quality and taste.
Consider the envelope pushed.
