CATCHING SOME TANIf I am not at work I like to go to the beach or just catch some tan at my pool. Love being outside and there is nothing better like getting a real sun tan after whole winter visiting the tanning bed clubs. Of course beach-volleyball is my No.1 sport and I really enjoy playing with my friends or attending tournaments.
A COLD BEER Well in summer after a long day at a sun, the best thing is to have a cold beer. My favorite's are : Grolsh, Becks, Carlsberg or the Top Slovakian beer Golden Pheasant which is not easy to find here on the west coast J
GRILLED CHICKEN WITH RICE! My most often food I eat throughout the whole year is grilled chicken breasts with rice, but I would say my most favorite is a Steak, preferably from an upscale steakhouse. It can be Fillet Mignon, Ribeye or New York strip prepared medium so my muscles can get some of the highest quality protein.
HOT GUY REACTION I just smile and say : ' thank you very much' , this happens to me quite often so I would say I worked on my reactions pretty well.
MR OLYMPIA IN VEGAS I will take 6 weeks off from working out to rest & recover my body and mind and in mid August I'll start again very serious my gym program to be ready for the Mr.Olympia in Vegas end of September. Also I plan to do some more magazine photoshoots in the early fall, when I'll be egain in my very lean shape.
THE MAGIC I was never a guy who approached girls I would say I was always waiting for them to give me the signal/eye contact fist. If you spend 12 weeks in the gym building and sculpting your body with a great diet plan I think just taking off your shirt will do all the magic…
