MUSICAL INTERESTS

My interests have always pulled me from one thing to another as they come along.  Though I am only 21 years of age, I usually have to prove that to people as they assume me of being much older.  I have done much in my short time here on earth so far. 

I have mastered numerous musical instruments and am currently working and learning acoustic guitar, I dabble here and there as far as foreign languages go, I take part in a wide variety of athletics from football to baseball to wrestling and so on.

I love to act in both stage and film (when I’m honored with the opportunity) and am always open minded to new things.  I’m always up for trying anything at least once.  Lately, my most time consuming interest is my fiancé and very soon to be wife.  She is everything to me and makes me smile when nothing else can.

BRIAN SLOANE

  As far as photographers go, my last project was with a man by the name of Brian Sloane.  Mr. Sloane showed incredible talent behind the lens and has become a good friend to me as well.  If you’re interested in creating some amazing images, he is definitely the person to go to.

GIVING IT MY BEST

No matter how long I’ve been modeling, I always get nervous before shooting or going on a casting call (or cattle call as I like to call them).  I will try breathing or meditating or eating.  Anything to calm my nerves, but, in the end nothing really works.  I like to give it my best and be perfect when I know perfection is never obtainable, and I believe that’s what always gets me nervous.

I just hold myself steady and do my best not to show it to whomever I’m with and when it’s all over I let loose however necessary.  To prep my look for the shoot I’ll usually do a short circuit to get my blood rushing and I always make sure to drink plenty of water in the days before.

IN THE NUDE SO TO SPEAK

As far as recent funny stories go, I recently shot with Brian Sloane, as I mentioned earlier, and did a few shots in a pair of Michelangelo’s “statue of David,” underwear my mother brought back for me from Italy a year before. 

When we were editing the photo and we converted it to black and white, it almost looked as though it was real and I was in the nude so to speak.  It looked funny and quite convincing and I suppose that would be considered as a funny moment.

TOURISTY STUFF

When it comes to doing touristy stuff, Id suggest taking a flight over to Europe and visiting England.  That’s where my fiancé is from and after visiting her family out in the area I grew to love it!  While we spent most our time in black county (black being their term for the industrial country) Birmingham, we also visited London which was my personal favorite.  Way too much to see and tackle in one visit!  Be warned though, the weather is not the most pleasant in the world and if you expect sunny beaches then I’d suggest another place to visit.

ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE

The word love has many different meanings in English, from something that gives a little pleasure ('I loved that meal') to something one would die for (ideals, family). It can describe an intense feeling of affection, an emotion or an emotional state.

In ordinary use, it usually refers to interpersonal love. Probably due to its psychological relevance, love is one of the most common themes in art and music.  To me, love is best explained by the Beatles in the song, “All you need is love.”

Friendship: I can count my real friends on one hand.  Throughout life you will have many people come and go, but real friends last forever.

ON FAMILY

I once heard someone tell me, “Just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to doesn’t mean they don’t love you with everything they got.  I think this explained to me that even though some family can be perfect to us and others could lack, that doesn’t mean both don’t love you with all their heart.  I love my family but it’s best to take them a little at a time lol.

UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT

The one that shines brighter than any other in my mind is the night of August 6th, 2007.  That’s because that’s the night I met the love of my life, my soul-mate, and my soon to be wife.  She means everything to me and has done a fine job of keeping me on track with my modeling and helping me take on everything that comes my way!

SHADOW OF FUTURE

I don’t exactly have a “main motto” but one that I recently read and like a lot goes, “a dream is but a shadow of the future.”
