Jeremy Mulkey, university graduate and record breaking athlete in track and football, now adds the title of Most Popular New Model of 2007 of Connex247 to his already impressive list of achievements.
The decision to pick Jeremy for our first official Most Popular New Model of the Year title was easy. It was based on actual page views on one story and Jeremy was the visitors' choice by a wide margin (over 4,000 page views ahead of his closest competitor) among all the new models featured on Connex247 in 2007.
Only models who appeared for the first time on Connex247 in 2007 were eligible to win. All statistics are compiled by an independent third party.
While attending college Jeremy appeared in Playboy and Cosmopolitan magazines and had other photos shoots and assignments. Most recently he appeared on the cover of Gaydar and has done commercials for Playwear underwear.
Just a point of clarification -- Leighton Stultz holds the record for most page views on one story ever and nobody passed MIKE P who holds it for the most since the new site was launched in 2006. But Jeremy is on his way!
Of course we have had the actual 2007 page views since January but held off on making the announcement until we were able to use photos of Jeremy from a shoot he did with the distinguished photographer Joe Oppedisano.

They are simply amazing as I am sure you will agree, and are consistent with Joe's reputation for capturing "sleek, sexal and sensual" images of his models. I will leave you to decide your own metaphors for these images of Jeremy, except to say they show one hot tough sexy jock!!!
Jeremy does not know that he has won and I asked him for a story that we could use with the Joe Oppedisano pictures, so here is his update on his activities. Yes, Jeremy, you can have your turn to comment as long as you promise it will include a video!!!!
HERE IS JEREMY, THE MOST POPULAR NEW MODEL OF 2007 on Connex247 as selected by visitors to the site!
Its about time I did another story here! I love this site and everyone thats involved and have been patiently waiting on some new pics for a story.
Better late than never I guess! 2007 was a big year for me. I graduated with a marketing in December of 2006 and modeling has been my only source of income ever since.
I love the whole fitness lifestyle and I am very fortunate that I can make a living doing it. It has had its ups and downs but right now I wouldnt want to be doing anything else! All the comments and positive feedback I get from the readers of connex247 really helps me to stay motivated. That is no joke!
Sometimes when I dont feel like going for a run or getting up early to go to the gym Ill look at some of the past articles on here and it gets me pumped up and excited to go to the gym. With all the success and fun Ive had this past year it has made me only want more.
The only recent material I have done is for an electronic funds processing company in Tampa Florida. I am kind of their poster boy since they are mainly focused on tanning salons. They are great to work for and not to mention its nice to get out of Ohio once in awhile!
Along with this I have a picture in Exercise For Men Only this month for my second place finish in the 2007 Gatorz Mr. Fitness competition last year. That is about it so far but there are a lot of things brewing right now. I have several shoots for various sites and magazines in the upcoming months and am currently talking to two independent film companies. I should start shooting for one of them this summer so we will see what happens!
I also plan competing in another fitness show this April. Hopefully this time I bring home the gold, haha. Finally, these pictures were taken by my good friend Joe Oppedisano last September. He is a great photographer and a great guy. We have talked about shooting again soon and I cant wait as you can see he does amazing work!
Thats about all I have for now! Again, thanks for all the positive comments and motivation I get from you!
