Hello once again!

I wanted to give a quick shout out once again to all of you here at Connex247.com.  The past few months leading up to the holidays have been interesting so to speak with travels across the country and visiting family.

For the most part, it has been exciting, yet tiring from traveling from one city to the next while stepping out of my comfort zone..

Jason BorishTraveling is one of my favorite things to do, from one city to the next while experiencing new and different cultures...Getting some top notch quality photos in the process is definitely a plus.

Staying in shape and looking tight has and has always been my favorite attribute, and a lot of you have been inquiring about FlexColeman.com,  soon to be launched...

I have worked very hard with my training and eating habits and have provided the best content possible for viewers. I know very well that all of the fans here on Connex247 are excited for the date for it to be launched. Exciting stuff folks.

With that being said, i believe that we have a Superbowl being played on Sunday? LOL

Jason BorishWell Well, what do you know, the undefeated New England Patriots taking on the overachieving New York Giants. However, i decided to leave the point spread alone on this one, reason being because the game by itself will be exciting to watch.

Will the Patriots make a perfect season ?? Or will the Giants stun the Pats and spoil their hopes for a perfect season.  I could be wrong but for some reason i am feeling Giants  34-31 in a " Thriller " ...i think everybody is going Patriots.

I'm not taking the Dawg in this game just for the sake, but if you watched closely week 17, These two teams squared off and the Giants gave them a run for their money.

Jason BorishBoth teams match up extremely well.  It will definitely be a hard nosed blue collar typical Notheast game. It is the Superbowl and anything can happen, on any give Sunday.

Another update on my eating and training regime : During the months of  Feb- Apr is strictly weight gaining phase. Absolutely 0 cardio, and low reetitions ( 5-7 ) per set to failure in the gym. It is okay to sacrifice a little bit of fat in order to gain some muscle.

It is literally impossible to gain weight while staying lean.  These are all phases that i exemplify and put into action throughout the year,  each and every year.  I provide training and eating tips as well as strength training secrets in www.FlexColeman.com  be sure to stay tuned everyone.  Best of wishes to all in 2008.  THERE ARE NO LIMITS !
