MISTER USA I am now officially the new Mister USA 2008 (first ever elected via pageant) and will be representing this great country in Taiwan in November. Of course I am exciting and stoked but I am mostly proud of what I have the opportunity to do, represent this great country. This is such an unbelievable country and I plan on doing my best to represent it in the most positive way possible. Key the National Anthem, haha.
STAYING IN SHAPE was actually contacted by the owner of the pageant, Rafa, who inquired to see if I might be interested in competing in the First Mister USA Pageant held in Boston at the Lenox Hotel. I didn't know what to think at first but I took the reins, saddled up, and rocked out at the contest hard. Physically it was no problem because I always try to stay in tip-top shape no matter what.
SEXY? Well it doesn't really matter if I consider myself sexy. It's all the fans opinions that count! I try and keep myself in top shape non-stop and have a smile on my face at all times! Beauty does play into modeling but at the same time personality plays a big role as well. How you present yourself to the public can either help or hurt your chances at making it big, i.e. having that smile!
NOT FAKE Body appearance can be crucial or not crucial deepening on what industry you are in. I go for the fitness/ fashion industry where I try and be in superb shape but at the same time not look fake. Attainability is very desirable in this society and having a body that looks natural is how people sell products and how you make money!
ON BEING UNPREPARED Being put in situations that you aren't prepared for allows others to see who you truly are. I love surprises and welcome them. I try to improve everyone's life in some way whether it is with a pic, story, or simple conversation. Remember I want to make that dent as big and positive as possible!!!! , tries
ATTRACTING ATTENTION I try to be outrageous and spontaneous. I try to never worry about if someone might find me excessive or anything like that. I am proud of myself and not afraid to show it but at the same time realize I am just lucky and never better than anyone else. Humility is crucial, you are never bigger then the world and when you think you are, that is when travesty hits. Being the initial Mister USA is tough since not to many people know about the position but I am trying to change that perspective so please spread the word, check the site out, maybe sponsor me in some crazy fashion.....
