Edward: Hey Garrett, welcome to Connex247 family!! Nice to have you here with us! So, relax, have fun and here we go! Well, just to start it up, tell us about yourself.
Garrett: I am a country boy at heart with big city dreams. I was born and raised in a little town about an hour from Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota. I come from a big family with more love and support than one could wish for.
I grew up outdoors, building forts, and working at my fathers farm equipment dealership. I have been involved in athletics since soccer at the age of four. I had big dreams to play college ball, but gave it up to attend the University of Hawaii instead.
Edward: How, how did you get into modeling world?
Garrett: The only photos I have had taken were on Oahu while doing my undergrad. Basically, a friend convinced me to give it a try one weekend for the fun of it. I was a little hesitant at first, but had a couple great first experiences.
Edward: What is fashion for you? What do you think about modeling world? Do you believe nowadays IMAGE worth more than a WORDS?
Garrett: I hope to never believe an IMAGE, would be worth more than WORDS. Although, in the world of fashion the image is what reaches people. Our day to day lives are too fast paced and busy. Most the time we only pay attention to what catches our eye.
Edward: You've already modeled for some cool photographers. What do you like most when you work with these professionals?
Garrett: I just enjoy the excitement of being around the lights and chaos. Its easy to be myself and loosen up with the photographer.
Edward: I´m sure you might have some funny/unusual moments. Share some of them with us.
Garrett: Nothing too crazy other than sneaking around on the Missouri war ship from Pearl Harbor while Kurt Brown and I were on a photo shoot.
Id strip down real quick, get greased up, and strike a couple awkward poses, all in front of a bunch of confused tourists before security came around.
Edward: What would u say is the key of the success? In your opinion, what are the upside and downside of a modeling career?
Garrett: Its always changing and theres never a guarantee. Everyone is looking for something unique, but the desired look varies from day to day.

Edward: Are you a fashion guy? What do you like to wear when you are not working as a model?
Garrett: I run around in gym shorts and a t-shirt. Maybe throw on a pair of blue jeans here and there. Im a very casual guy on a daily basis, but I love to get jazzed up if the occasion calls.
Edward: And what do you like to do in your free time?
Garrett: Im a real gym rat and have to find time. Its a great way to blow off the steam and stress from a long day.
I also like running and hiking. On the other side, I love to eat and will bbq with my crew whenever we get a chance.
Edward: If you could selec most important things for your life, which ones would you choose and why?
Garrett: My family and friends are the two most important aspects of my life and I spend as much time as possible with them. Next would come my education and career. Experience and education are crucial to me.
Edward: Garrett, thanks so much for sharing your story with us. Before you leave, final comments
Garrett: I am currently enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. I am here to further my education and keep pushing forward in the world of sports medicine. Someday my name will be spoken in nearly every conversation regarding Sports Chiropractic.
An unforgettable moment: Swimming 200-300 yards offshore in Kona, HI to chase down a school of dolphins. It was just a friend and I wearing nothing but fins and a mask.
