ABUNDANT PICS
For starters what someone can expect is almost every single Flex Coleman picture that was ever taken, in the previous two years will be on the site. There has been an abundant amount, so its definitely good to have all the photos in one place for the fans to browse through.
VIDEOS
The most intriguing part is definetly the video count. The videos are pretty versatile ranging from Flex Flexing on the beach all the way to my 12 minute salmon recipe for mass gaining. MIKE and I will continue shooting videos as new ideas come forward. Every week there will be a new photo album and video added on a consistent basis.
MEMBER CHATS
Member chats will be conducted and in session every other Thursday from 9pm-930pm EST/ FCT ( Flex Coleman time ). with the possiblitly of doing it on a weekly basis if the member count skyrockets, unless i am obligated elsewhere EX: traveling for photo shoots and gigs... family. And if I am away you will be notified and the chat will be made up.
FROM BEACH TO KITCHEN
MIKE and i have been putting in the effort to not only get the site up and running but trying the best we could to perfect it, and while doing so gathering some of the best content we can get in some awesome cool places, such as the Florida beach, and in my own kitchen. Down the road anything that involves Flex and other guest models will be added accordingly...
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE
Let me tell you, it's an incredible experience it really is. To have my whole entire fanbase in one place is a great thing. Sometimes it's hard to satisfy everyones needs, fans all over the world in different time zones, plus I travel a lot and the site gives them the chance to see in depth the kind of work and effort I put into perfecting my physique and training principles.
FOR YOU THE FANS
I train as hard as possible so that i can knock out the sickest photos and videos that i can, not only for my own benefit for future fitness endeavours, but more importantly for YOU the fans.. I hope you will enjoy the site.

Let me just say that i am extremely grateful to be the first connex247 discovered model to have my own site launched. I'm thankful to have my own fitness fan site alone.
ROLLING WITH FORCE
All my life i have been working out as a release and it feels great knowing that I am able to apply my main attributes towards a positive experience..There's nothing more exciting than pleasing the huge fanbase here on connex247.com with my work. Those of you that have interacted with me over the previous few years know that's how I roll and will continue to roll, with force.
TIP TOP SHAPE
I photograph on a regular basis which is basically content for FlexColeman.com..Ive been training pretty hard ( go figure ) recently for a Muscle & Fitness exposition/ casting in Orlando in late May in which i was invited. I'm sure that there will be plenty of competition there with fit models all over the country.
INVITATION
Best believe that i will be in tip top shape ready...Quite honestly im not in the modeling business for cash. Just to have my image out there in fitness magazines for the world to see would be a blessing of its own. The rest will fall in place...
