Damn it! It was Valentine’s Day already?..Lol. Well I guess some lingerie from Victoria Secrets will have to do cause I really didn’t plan anything out but that!..Lol Guys, ask yourselves how many times have you’ve done this? I know I’ve done this quite a few times. I’m pretty much a laid back kinda guy and I really don’t like planning much because it really takes the essence of surprise out of the moment.

“Let me tell you, when I plan things out it always seems to go wrong for some reason or the other”. So I trust my instincts and I go with the flow. It works well because the idea is fresh and it comes from the heart. Here’s a great idea,  the undivided attention deserved! Period….

MOST LOVING DAY OF YEAR

Ah…Valentine’s Day, a day that is remembered to be the most loving day of the year as many may say. It’s a day that gives us happiness, laughter, and allows us to show undeniable compassionate love for our significant other. BUT IN FACT SHOULDN’T WE BE DOING THIS ANYWAY? Ha-ha… I feel Valentine’s Day should be a day that helps remind us of how blessed we are to have special individuals who “Love “us, whether it be family, friends, or pets! 

STOCK UP "THE NEW LINE IS SICK"

I guess u can say I’ve been fortunate enough to be surrounded around people who really do care about you and believe in you.  Being in this business has allowed me to appear on television shows such as C.S.I. Miami,

Deco Drive, E! Latino, ESPN, Sabado Gigante-(Univision) and Fashion T.V. to name a few…

I have also had the opportunity to work with companies such as Nike, New Balance, Jaguar, Perry Ellis, and my most memorable modeling highlight  to date! “Landing my first national campaign for the 2008 Sean John collection for Macy’s”! So don’t hesitate anymore, and go visit a Macy’s near you and stock up on your Sean John gear today. The new line is sick!!!!!    

MY LOVE FOR VIDEO GAMES

Well I currently live in Miami , FL and I love it! I do have future ambitions of going to Asia , and If I could go for work that would be awesome as well. I also plan on pushing my personal training business full throttle, producing my first independent film, and developing my first video game based on a true life documentary. Trust me the world hasn’t seen anything like this! I happen to love video games, and as a kid I always had the craziest imagination.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

I must tell u I come from a family with great genetics and thus, this has helped me maintain a powerful physique year in and year out. Besides sports I also have a dancing and gymnastics background which not to many people know about, and because of this I started training very early in life which has helped me develop this physique I have today!

I train very hard because my body is no longer at a beginner’s level anymore so therefore my intensity levels would be much higher than the average person who goes to the gym. However, because of this demanding business u have to be in shape all year round! Meaning NO SIX-PACK NO WORK! I constantly enlighten my clients on how important dieting is. Did u know dieting consist of more than 70% percent of your program?

Did you ever stop to think that in a 24 hr day you will probably eat more times than you would work out? Take a moment and really ask yourself are u happy at what your looking at in the mirror? If not, you must make sacrifices and be disciplined if u want to have that beach body! I don’t care how long you train or what approach you think is best taking. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! Period!

PUTTING GOD FIRST

I put God first in everything I do because he’s the one who has blessed me with the talents I have today, and a little help from my parents didn’t hurt either lol! But what really inspires me to do my best is my family. I do this for them. I come from a very poor family and a lot of them are still overseas in the Dominican Republic and they are just making ends meet to get by. One day I want to give them the opportunity to go to college and not worry about where the money’s coming from!

A CALM SPIRIT

I’m a very outgoing person and easy to get along with. I don’t stress and I rarely ever get upset, and that’s mainly because I have such a laid back attitude. People ask me all the time. “How is it that every time we meet you’re always in such a good mood?”

My response to them is always this, God has given me another day to breathe life and you really can’t ask for anymore than that! But other than that I tend to have a lot of patience, I’m a calm spirit, passionate, charming, and loving person with a great sense of humor!

A SEALED DEAL EVERY TIME

I have to many to name, and some I think I should just keep to myself. Lol, but I do enjoy working out 4-5 days a week, playing basketball on Sundays, and of course playing video games when I get a chance. I guess u can say I’m a big kid at heart at times! I also love to cook.

I usually cook for my friends and family when they come over. (Fellas take note cause girls love this it’s a winner and a sealed deal every time).

Lol!, and don’t forget about the chocolate, it’s your best friend because it’s been know to act like an aphrodisiac when consumed. Yeah! Eat this Ha Ha! Just playin 

BEING BEST I CAN BE

To be the best I can be in everything I do. I can’t say I haven’t achieved some personal goals because I have, but I feel that I’m still growing everyday and there’s so much for me to see and do. I have hopes of going back to school and getting my master’s in exercise science, becoming a role model for Latinos everywhere, and one day opening my own non-profit organization to help those families who really are in need.
