Edward:  Tell us about yourself.

Brad:  Thank you.  I am from a city just North of Dallas, Allen, TX.  I am 23 years old and for the last 5 and a half years I have been proudly serving in the United States Navy.  Right now I live in beautiful Hawaii.  I am a pretty easy going person and love hitting the gym, meeting new people, people watching, and going out.

Brad HarrisonIn August I get out of the Navy, after what will be 6 years, and plan on stopping by home in Texas to visit with my family and then in September I am moving out to LA.  I plan on acting and modeling which is why I am moving out to LA, you have to be where the action is.

Edward:  How about the importance of beauty and elegance in your life?

Brad:  Beauty and elegance are both very important in my life.  I work very hard at it. I do think beauty helps a person to be successful if they have other qualities too. Everyone likes to be around beautiful people but only if they are good people too.  I also feel beauty helps with confidence and confidence is a very powerful trait.

Edward:  Share how you became a model.

Brad Harrison

Brad:  I was always an uncool kid, not really good looking, and very skinny.  When I was younger I always thought wow I would love to be able to model but never really thought I had a chance.  Then at 20 I started going to the gym everyday and eating right and I started to grow.

Brad HarrisonOne day when I was 21 and in my uniform this guy said hey would you like to be on a calendar.  I thought he was joking but gave it a shot and grew from there.  This can be a very tough career.  You have to get used to hearing no and people are always trying to take advantage of you.  I dont think there are many sacrifices in this career, just some hard work.

Edward:  Who has really inspired you?

Brad:  My dad is my greatest inspiration, he is always telling me that I can do it and when I get down he is there to lift me back up.  My greatest modeling dream would be to be a Calvin Klien underwear model or get a billboard in Times Square, I mean that says I made it.  I love modeling and would love to work on any of the fashion campaigns or with the designers.  If I sat here and tried to name a few I would leave out many other great ones.

Edward: What about some of your favorites?

Brad Harrison

Brad: My favorite TV show is Boston Legal, it is just so funny but still dramatic at the same time.  I listen to lots of hip hop, R&B, and rap but I love all kinds of music.  Some of my favorite actors are Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp.  There are so many beautiful actresses I don't know if I have a favorite.  In my free time I love to workout, hangout with friends, go to the movies, and eat, I love to eat.

Edward: Give us your thoughts on the world today.

Brad HarrisonBrad: I think everyday we improve the world so everyday we are living in a better world.  I do think we need to spend a little more time with our family and friends but like I said everyday the world is getting better.

Edward: Your goals?

Brad: I would like to become famous and help other people.  I also just want to enjoy life.  I want to get married one day and enjoy spending family time.  The three most important things for my life would be family, friends, and health.

Edward: Favorite place to show off to people?

Brad:  Ok I live in Hawaii, I would have to show them everything here, it is so beautiful and relaxing.

I have come into contact with Brad, and all I can say is "WOW"! He has that(without sounding "cliche`"),"IT" factor. Professional, polite, honest, hard working,&kind. But most of all, he has that "special presence". This one is really going places. I am an owner of a NYC based clothing company...

Brad is a great guy, and I'm proud to call him a friend. I first met Brad in San Fran when he was there to visit his girlfriend. I ended up doing a very hot shoot with both of them in the shower. (His girlfriend is very cool too.) And then I did some more shoots with Brad when I was in Hawaii. He's fun to be around, and always entertaining. I look forward to him coming to LA.
