ANTON ANTIPOV, who has been so popular with Connex247 visitors for three years now returns with an update on his activities, and latest pics.

           


UNDERWEAR SHOOTS Since  last time I spoke with you then I've done several underwear gigs, seeing as how I'm gaining weight and staying in shape, that's what people want to book me for. Shot for baskit underwear, their campaign will soon start popping up all over the place, shot for C-in2, shot for DMK underwear, and recently did a september 2008 cover of Exercise for Men Only. 
 
 
 

ON SPORTS AND ART I used to play hockey few years back, now I play beach volleyball, I'm not great, but I do okay. Had one tournament under my belt so far, which I lost, but I play it for fun. It's a great activity to incorporate cardio in your workouts, as for other hobbies, I draw and do some photography, you can see some work at anttek. deviantart. com
 
 

STAYING IN SHAPE SECRETS I make up a routine, based on elements that have worked for me in the past, and then every few months or even less I change it up. It's best not to let your body adapt to your workouts, and keep them fresh. I also stay active with sports, in the winter it's snowboarding, summer it's volleyball and basketball. PERSONAL TRAINING FOR MASSES  Vacations, vacations and more vacations. Haha, I haven't done much traveling this year, which I love to do, so hopefully before the year is over I can still pencil in a few trips, somewhere far away. I am also starting to work on writing, which is why I started my blog, to practice. I want to write for health and fitness magazines eventually, I guess it's kind of like personal training for the masses.

amazing!!!! and i thought i was hot lol (well i am) but, wow!!! think i will go back to the gym. just came across this site. very motivating and depressing at the same time:) Anton you are a perfect specimen!!! face.. body.. althought i don't know you, i am happy for your success. you obviously work for for it!! keep in up. all the best.

As a just retired world class photographer of 50 years, its great to see so many hot young men, beautifully photographed, by people who obviously know how to light and pose, these great bodies, which are works of art in their own way, well done Anton.

I can't add anything new to what the guys above have already said. But I WILL have to add a few: One very nice guy! Also one that I've never seen nude. No need to! Plus your physique is magnificently devloped! You're doing a great job Anton. Just don't get MUSCLEBOUND.. And let all the other guys get tattoos! You really don't need any!! Whatsoever!!
