Edward: It's one of my "OHHHHH YEAAAAHH Moments" again!! I'm proud to interview another amazing guy coming from the best place around the world (LOL LOL LOL!). The Brazilian Alexandre!! Welcome to Connex 247 family!!
Alexandre: Thank you, I am honored to be welcomed to the family. I was born in Brasilia, the great capital of my country, my entire family is from different places of Brazil, my mother from Southeast, my father from the north, my oldest brother from the Mideast and my older brother just like me born in great Brasilia.
Originally my heritage though is from Europe, Italy and Germany to be exact. I'd describe myself as a very laid back person, I like to take my time with most things in life, people would describe me as a very calm guy who enjoys every one's company and as like most Brazilians I am made to party at any time.
Edward: You´ve lived in such different countries around the world. How was this experience?
Alexandre: I have lived in Italy, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil and now currently I am studying in Colorado. Every country is very different to each other, the people, the culture and the experience I have lived have been amazing. Each one of these countries have thought me different things, I've lived many things in each and every of these countries. The change from one country to another is always hard, but fun after I got used to them.
Living in such unique cultures, life styles and so on? In each country I have lived differently and have adapted to different life styles, what I like about the United States and Brazil is that the people are very open hearted and very welcoming to new people. I have had no trouble adapting to the United States because of this.
Edward: What are your personal and professional interests?
Alexandre: I am currently studying Sports and Exercise Science, the main idea is to get my undergraduate in this field and then obtain a graduate in Sports Physical Therapy; that's at least my professional interest. As in my personal life there are a couple of achievements that I am currently working on. Firstly I want to continue my bodybuilding interest and take it to a higher level. I have a competition coming soon; my first, and from there on I would like to at least some day appear in some fitness magazine. If things go as well as I'd like them even maybe some day make it in fitness cover.
Edward: I´m a Brazilian guy like you and I really know that we, the Brazilians, have a natural sensuality (yeahh yeahh yeahh!). Brazilian people really like to take good care of his/her appearance. So, tell me, how do you rate importance to the beauty? Do you think it really helps a person to be well succeded in a career?
Alexandre: Ha ha, true that, we Brazilians are loved around the world. It's one of those countries internationally well known for the sensuality of the women and the charisma of the men. I'd have to agree, I do try and take care of myself the best I can.
I say that beauty not only comes from the body and face but by the heart someone has. I've met people who were beautiful on the outside but very arrogant and selfish and that just made them look uglier on the outside. I do believe that the people who take care of themselves have better self esteem to do what they want in life. They have more confidence in talking to people and working with others; they are not shy to go for what they want in life or other things.
Edward: Are you a guy into sports? What's your secret to be in a good shape and what´s the part of your body you like most?
Alexandre: I have played volleyball during my high school years and in between I would maintain myself fit at the gym. As any Brazilian soccer is what I watch and love to play at the beach. The secret is to be persistent and willing to be patient, like all good things in life, creating a body takes time. By being persistent you can achieve any goals one would want. I've been told I have greats traps and good calves, but what the ladies have truly kept telling me over the years is that my eyes are captivating.
Edward: If you could select 5 most important things for your life what would they be?
Alexandre: Family and friends would most definitely come first in my life. Training is my life, I can't see myself not training and doing what I am doing. If you ask anyone who knows me they would tell you that same thing. You mention my name and immediately they will tell you the gym is my life. My career in physical therapy is most important to me as well, I want to be able to succeed in it. Lastly women, who can live without them right? Edward: Quick questions for quick answers
